• We are around 95 some registrations right now. And this is turning into a tougher year for paperwork than expected.
• Some folks are forgetting to go to the pay area.

Registration and payment are two different clicks this year. 

First register with the state. They will in turn forward us copies of that registration. They asked for this change starting this year. 

Then go to the area for payment below. 

If you had a background checked last year, you are good to go. For right now anyway, all BGCs are good for three the purposes of this event. 

Once registered with the state, you will receive an email.

This will state you need a BGC except if you are with three years. Kaitlyn will monitor this. Most of us know where we are in the cycle. If you know you need one, just click the link in the email and do it. State only logs whether you pass or not, not the details

Second there will be a request to send auto insurance if brining vehicles. We sort of got over detailed on that one. Do it like Reading. Just email me the basic company name and policy. That covers all of us once here.

Remember that the state covers us as re-enactors on their policy as registered volunteers if something happens. They don't do vehicles.  

Since this is for the state as volunteers there is no exemption for LEO military etc. This the State of Delaware.
